After the refund is processed, access to the course materials will be removed from your account. You'll receive a final email confirming the completion of the refund process and account status update.

Important Policy Details

Payment Method Returns

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Students who have completed 25-50% of course materials may be eligible for partial refunds at 50% of the original price, subject to individual review and approval by our academic team.

Special Circumstances

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds cannot be processed for completed courses, programs purchased more than 30 days ago, or accounts with terms of service violations. Certificate programs have different policies.
